Maintenance on our servers is scheduled for October 29 and November 5, 2013 between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM Pacific Time. During this time period:
- All sites, including admin and reports, will be unavailable and will have "We are updating our site" status messages.
- API services, including uploads and key requests, may be offline for up to 30 minutes at a time. Clients may encounter repeated "500" errors during these periods, which is normal and expected.
Should there be any issues or the maintenance take longer than expected, a third service window will occur on November 12, 2013 between 8 PM and 11 PM.
